NLP comes from the study of the psychology of human excellence. Now used by most sports and many business people. Within its tool kit it contains a lot of help for you to develop strategies, not only to overcome problems and limitations (therapy) and also success by utilizing our full self.
Coaching is the process of becoming skilled. It uses much of modern psychology to find out what you want; the barriers and limiters to achievement; sets out a growth path for you; evaluated how you are achieving what you want; adjusts to focus you. Probably the most important feature of coaching is that it there to give you what you really want.
The listening cure. It is a two way exchange where the counsellor acts as an honest ‘mirror’ and a supportive colleague. It is to enable change by exploring your personal difficulties or dilemmas in a safe and relaxed environment. Counselling is a great tool to over come them and build confidence to be yourself.
Emotional Freedom Therapy is very different to the other tools it is more a physical therapy. It can be used for a various purposes, including personal and self-development, attitude and behaviour development, resolving personal problems, reducing stress, and restoring life balance.
